Terms & Conditions for Registrants ( "Delegates" )

This booking form constitutes a legally binding contract and our terms and conditions take precedence over those of any other organisation in every case.

Payments & confirmations of Bookings

All payments must be in Australian dollars (AUD). GST is applicable and inclusive on all purchases. Once we have received details of your paid booking, we will send you an email confirmation, along with a receipted GST invoice. If payment is not made at the time of booking, your registration will be provisional and confirmation will only be sent when payment has been received in full, otherwise please contact admin@aupov.com , if you are unable to pay by credit or debit card at the time of booking.

N.B. We must receive payment PRIOR to the conference date. If you have not received confirmation of your booking within 14 working days of the conference date, please contact admin@aupov.com.

AUPOV does not accept responsibility for the non-arrival of information.

Cancellations & changes to Booking

All cancellations must be made in writing to admin@aupov.com.

Cancellations made before 31 May 2009 will receive a 100% refund, less $50.00 (+GST) administration fee. The company, EDUPOV, regrets that no cancellations are acceptable from 01 June 2009 onwards, and therefore no refunds are payable from this date, however a substitute delegate can be nominated. Please note that substitutions will only be accepted if notified in writing prior to 01 June 2009. Whilst the program is correct at the time of going online, EDUPOV reserves the right to make changes to the program, location and/or speakers without prior notice. Such alterations may occasionally be necessary due to circumstances beyond our control.

Where circumstances force cancellation of the conference in its entirety, EDUPOV will make every effort to refund as much of the conference fee to each paying delegate as possible, having regard for any irrecoverable costs of production for which EDUPOV remains liable.

EDUPOV is not liable for any consequential loss suffered by the delegate.

Speakers & Presenters

Views expressed by Speakers & Presenters are their own. EDUPOV disclaims any liability for advice given, or views expressed, by any speaker at the event or in any documentation provided to delegates.

Filming & Photography

Please note that for promotional purposes, there may be a professional photographer and video production taking place during the event. It is a condition of acceptance and payment of registration, that you the delegate are cognisant of and in agreeance to the publicatuion and distribution of public images, audio and related media as a consequence of attending AUPOV 2009 .

EDUPOV where possible will reference and acknowledge your instructions not to explicitly distribute media material upon your request.

Accomodation

Overnight accommodation is NOT included in the registration fee. Accomodation is the sole responsibility of the Delegate and EDUPOV bears no relation to decisions on any hospitality other than what is offered as a part of the Conference proceedings itslef.

Delegate Access & Dietery Requirements

We make every effort to ensure that our events are accessible and enjoyable for all our delegates, and we always provide a vegetarian option for lunch.
